Buttermilk Pie
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup melted butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla
3 eggs
Beat in blender for 30 seconds
Place in greased 9" pie plate
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean Serve with
berries (or fruit), garnish with whipped cream.
